Dawson (born May 9th, 1979)[3] is an American producer and actress. Her feature
film debut was in 1995's drama series, the independent Kids. Her subsequent
film roles include He Got Game (1998), Josie and the Pussycats (2001), Men in
Black II (2002), Rent (2005), Sin City (2005), Clerks II (2006), Death Proof
(2007), Seven Pounds (2008), Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning
Thief (2010), Unstoppable (2010), Zookeeper (2011), Trance (2013), Top Five
(2014) and Zombieland: Double Tap (2019). Dawson also provides voice-overs for
Warner Bros./DC Comics as well as ViacomCBS Nickelodeon's Nickelodeon unit. As
part of her character in Rent, Dawson was awarded the Satellite Award in Best
Supporting Actress Motion Picture. And for Top Five, Dawson was nominated for
the Critics Choice Award for Best Actress in Comedy. Dawson was born in New
York City on May 9th 1979. Isabel Celeste, her mother is Afro-Cuban. Rosario

(2005), Sin City (2005), Sin City: A Dame to Kill For (2014), Claire Temple
(2015-2018) and Diana Prince/Wonder Women on the DC Animated Movie Universe.
She also plays Barbara Gordon/Batgirl for The Lego Batman Movie. In 2020, she
voiced Ahsoka Tano in the second season of The Mandalorian, and is scheduled to
appear in the upcoming Disney+ original series Ahsoka. In 2021, she'll reprise
her role in Young Rock, a Dwayne Johnson autobiographical comedy.
