Piper Perabo

Piper Perabo was nominated for the Golden Globes as a stage, television and film actress. Born in Dallas, Texas, and raised in New Jersey, she graduated Summa Cum Laude from Ohio University. Coyote Ugly was her breakout role. Since then, she's been featured in films such as Christopher Nolan's "The Prestige" with Hugh Jackman and Christian Bale, "Because I Said So" with Diane Keaton and "First Snow" featuring Guy Pearce, "Cheaper by the Dozen" films starring Steve Martin, "Imagine Me and You" featuring Lena Heady and Matthew Goode and the crime thriller "10th and Wolf" featuring an ensemble cast, which included James Marsden and Dennis Hopper. Perabo was the main character alongside Bruce Willis (with Joseph Gordon Levitt), Emily Blunt, and Jeff Daniels in Rian John's sci-fi action movie "Looper". On TV, Perabo was a part of Annie Walker in all 5 seasons of the USA Network's spy drama "Covert Affairs." In the following seasons, Perabo was a star as Annie Walker in the USA Network's spy drama "Covert Affairs." "And can next be seen on Netflix in "Turn Up Charlie" with Idris Elba. Perabo also made her Broadway debut in Neil LaBute's controversial play "Reasons to be Pretty", for which she was nominated for the Tony Award for the Best Play. Perabo is also an activist in addition to her work on the stage and screen. Perabo is an active Voice for the International Rescue Committee who raises awareness about the refugee crisis around the world and assisting those affected by religious persecution and oppression in the form of conflict and politics. Piper lives in Los Angeles, New York City. Graduated from Toms River (NJ) High School North class of 1994. She was in the school's four musicals. Senior year she played Katie in "Meet Me In St. Louis;" junior year, Cousin Fan in "Mame;" sophomore year, Lady Brighton in "Me and My Girl;" and in freshman year, a dancer in "How to Make it in business Without Really Trying." She was the high school president of the National Honor Society as well as editor of the school's literary magazine, Polaris. In high school, she was a member of the Marinerettes as a dancer for the field show during the football matches.
